One crew is one employee. We use universal term like “crew” rather than using terminology based on the functions they carry like cleaner or gardener.

2 Is my customer data secure with Brilion?

Absolutely, we take data security very seriously. We ensure it by storing it in high-end servers and encryptions.

3Can I control the access given to my crews and other admins?

Yes, you can control access like revenue, customer contact details, job amount, invoices and lots more.

4 Do I need a website to use Brilion online booking system?

No you don’t need a website, you just need to provide us a domain (even if you haven't purchased it). Brilion will generate two links, one for online booking and another one for client login.

5 Which countries are you available in?

We are available in all countries. However we are currently working with USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE, QATAR.

6 Why am I charged one time fee for customer App if I go with Platinum Package?

We charge that one time fee for customizing the app with your logo and colors and uploading it to your app store (iOS) and play store (Android). The fee also includes life time free updates of your customer app.

7 Is there free support and training?

Yes, We take pride in support. We provide unlimited support and training on all packages. There will be a chat icon in the dashboard to chat with us, or we can also create a Whatsapp group if needed. We are available 20 hours a day and 5 days a week.

8 Can I cancel the subscription any time?

Yes! Only if you are on any of our monthly plans, you can cancel any time.
